This renovation encompasses the entire property, with a striking concrete spiral staircase and an internal atrium poised to be the crowning jewels of this distinctive residence. The incorporation of these architectural elements celebrates the artistic heritage of the art deco era while bringing a modern touch. In addition to the interior refurbishment, our landscaping experts are meticulously revitalizing the front and rear gardens, including enhancing the swimming pool area to create an exquisite outdoor retreat.
