Jamie has been instrumental in Signature Build’s growth, in particular the company’s evolution into a successful prime central London residential contractor. Jamie manages all aspects of Signature Build’s operations, from strategy development to day-to-day operations, as well as staying at the forefront of our client relationships. Prior to Signature Build, he spent several years working throughout the US and the Middle East delivering large scale projects for exclusive clientele.

As Signature Build’s Senior Quantity Surveyor, Sharif brings over 15 years of construction industry experience, ensuring precise cost management, budgeting, and financial planning. His detail-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and effective negotiation make him invaluable to our team. Sharif’s commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with Signature Build’s core values, ensuring successful project execution.

Gabriel’s journey in residential construction began in 2006 before joining Signature Build as a Site Manager in 2019. Gabriel coordinates and oversees all site activity, liaising with key partners, such as the project architect, and ensuring latest design, engineering, and construction specifications are met.

A seasoned professional project manager, Nicola ensures the smooth running of Signature Build’s programme of work with full visibility across the team’s projects and the ability to communicate and execute operational tasks swiftly and effectively. 

Nicola studied with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in Sustainable Construction and Development and is also responsible for advancing the definition and implementation of Signature Build’s values in quality, ethics and sustainability.

An accomplished construction project Site Manager with almost 30 years’ experience, Graham has overseen multiple prime property developments, including mansions on the exclusive Wentworth Estate and Golf Course. During planning, Graham works closely with architects, structural engineers, building control and site teams, analysing plans, and resolving potential issues, ensuring everything flows on site.

“My goal is eliminating potential issues at the design stage so that the build comes together seamlessly.”
