In a serene Surrey private estate, Signature Build is in the process of renovating a 7-bedroom Art Deco house—a testament to our dedication to refining luxury living in London and the Home Counties.

This project, tailored for discerning clients, gracefully merges contemporary Art Deco architecture with the natural beauty of the surroundings. The result will be a blend of classic and modern design, making the residence a standout jewel in Surrey’s architectural landscape.

As part of this renovation, a concrete curved staircase and an internal atrium are being introduced, aiming to become the focal points of the residence. These architectural elements celebrate the Art Deco era’s heritage while incorporating a modern touch, adding character to the property.

Simultaneously, our landscaping experts are revitalising the front and rear gardens. The swimming pool area is set for significant enhancement, creating an outdoor retreat that seamlessly extends the luxurious living experience.

The journey into luxury starts with meticulously chosen limestone pavers, creating a seamless transition from indoor spaces to the inviting poolside. This outdoor sanctuary will embody a warm, sophisticated garden ambience, setting the tone for an elevated living experience.

At the property’s rear, a curated seating area will reveal a secluded paradise garden—an escape into nature. Luxuriant terraces, adorned with foliage, accentuate panoramic views. Our ongoing work, in collaboration with Catriona Stiles, Garden Designer, will ensure perfection in every aspect of this garden oasis.

Moroccan-inspired mirrors, doors, and water features add a personal touch, reflecting Signature Build’s commitment to creating homes that resonate with clients’ unique tastes.

The front of the property features carefully positioned trees, ensuring privacy, and adding elegance to the stunning art deco façade. The exterior design harmonises architectural elements with natural beauty, creating a captivating visual symphony.

A resin-bound gravel driveway and pathways will invite sophistication. The planting scheme will guide guests along a path adorned with Oak Setts and Corten Steel Planters, offering a preview of the quality and design elements within.
