The scheme is a detached family residence adjacent to a listed property, requiring sensitive execution to respect its historic neighbour while delivering a modern, functional home.

The build includes traditional materials such as clay tiles, exposed timber beams, and yellow-brown brickwork, carefully installed to mirror the surrounding character without replication. Internally, the layout includes expansive open-plan living, a ground floor annex, and large glazed elements that bring light and space into the home.
